According to Article 23 of the Charter of Road Transport of November 8, 2007, when a trip is disrupted for technical reasons or delayed for more than one hour, the money is fully refunded.

Ticket refund for a trip cancelled due to carrier’s fault, assumes 100% compensation to the passenger.

In the event that cancellation occurs at the initiative of the passenger, a commission might be withheld. The percentage of the amounts withheld is calculated from the tariff of the bus station. Service fee is not refundable. Some bus stations withhold additional fees for refunding the ticket.

Initiation of a refund

You can send an application for cancellation of the ticket and refund by writing to the e-mail admin@buy2bus.ru. In the subject line of the letter, indicate "Cancellation of the ticket [Your destination] to [date of departure].

Also, we recommend to specify in the e-mail the name of the passenger and the reason of return.

Processing of requests for return tickets is carried out within 2-3 working days.

Terms of refund

The processing time for requests for a refund is up to 5 working days.

In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection", the refund is made on a bank card from which the payment for the ticket was made. The time of transfer after consideration of the application is up to 3 banking days.
